What happens after I pay?
1Pay today's amount on Stripe's secure page. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank. We never see your card number.
2Sign online, right after. Your contract and note are filled in with your name and terms. Review and sign on the thank you page, about two minutes, no printer. The same link is in your receipt email.
3We countersign and set up your payments. On owner financing, monthly payments run through GeekPay. Watch for your GeekPay invite by email in the next day or so, set up your bank draft or card there once, and the payments take care of themselves. Your first payment is due in 30 days. On a cash sale we record your deed as soon as the balance is in.
4Use the land while you pay. Once that first payment is in, it is yours to enjoy any time. Run any building plans by us first, and full time living starts once the balance is paid. We record the deed in your name when it is paid off. Until then the deed stays with us.
